Pefkochori Travel Guide 2026 — Beaches, Nightlife & Transfers

Pefkochori (Πευκοχώρι, literally "Pine Village") sits on the southeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. With over 5 km of sandy beach, dozens of beach bars and a young, summer-long nightlife scene, it's the most energetic village in Halkidiki — yet still surrounded by pine forests and clear turquoise waters that earned it Blue Flag status.
Best beaches around Pefkochori
Main Pefkochori Beach: Wide, clean and fully organized; the southern end (towards Polychrono) is family-friendly, the northern end towards Hanioti has the loudest beach bars.
