Sani Resort is about 72 km from Thessaloniki Airport — normally 66 to 85 minutes on the Nea Moudania road and the western Kassandra coast. The resort covers five separate hotels on one estate, so we ask which one you are staying at and drop you at that reception rather than at the estate gate.
Which Sani hotel are you staying at?
Sani Beach, Sani Club, Sani Dunes, Sani Asterias and Porto Sani each have their own entrance inside the estate. Select or type the hotel name in the booking form and the driver goes directly to that reception, which avoids an extra internal transfer with your luggage after a long flight.
The route from the airport
The drive leaves the airport towards Nea Moudania, passes Nea Potidea and turns onto the western coast road of Kassandra. It is one of the shorter Halkidiki transfers, and traffic is usually lighter than on the eastern coast road.
Golf bags, prams and extra luggage
Sani guests often travel with golf bags, buggies or sports equipment. These are oversized items: declare them in the booking so the vehicle is confirmed for the combined passenger and luggage load before your travel date.

Airport pickup process
Give us your flight number when you book. We follow the flight and set the pickup to its actual arrival time. Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle in the short-stay car park a few steps from the terminal exit.
Flight delays & waiting time
We monitor the flight number provided with the booking and adjust the pickup to the flight's actual arrival. For airport pickups, up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time applies after the recorded landing time. Exceptional baggage delays or other issues should be reported immediately. Additional waiting may be charged according to the booking terms.
Luggage
Standard luggage is included. Prams, golf bags, skis, wheelchairs and other oversized items must be declared in advance. Vehicle suitability depends on the combined number of passengers and luggage and must be confirmed before travel.
